As Women we start to lose muscle mass and bone density in our 30s and beyond. Not having a training structure and routine as you move into peri-menopause and menopause can make this stage of life as a Women even harder to manage.

Strength training and staying active is vital for our bone and muscle health at any age but more so as we move through 30-50s. Whether you have a little gym experience or none, I'll provide everything you need to feel your best self in mind and body with structured training sessions, guidance on what style of training is most effective for your stage of life and accountability to help you stay on track and how sleep, stress and training can help reduce your symptoms.

Laura uses a holistic approach that uses food as a powerful tool to support the body's natural ability to thrive — focused on whole, nutrient-dense foods and personalised plans tailored to your unique needs.

Rather than simply managing symptoms, naturopathic nutrition addresses the root causes of imbalance — supporting digestion, energy, hormone health and overall wellbeing through sustainable, lifestyle-based choices. A comprehensive assessment joins the dots from your medical history; testing or supplements may be recommended (additional charges may apply).
